Human CD49d介绍

CD49d是一个150kD的α整合素链，称为α4整合素或VLA-4α链，能通过与纤连蛋白的相互作用参与CD3依赖性CD4+T淋巴细胞的活化。CD49d主要在T和B淋巴细胞上表达，在单核细胞上弱表达。CD49d是分离纯Treg细胞群的标志物，因为其不表达在Foxp3⁺细胞上。
