小鼠干细胞研究:Mouse Ly-6A/E (Sca-1)(克隆号:E13-161.7)
Ly-6A/E是Ly-6多基因家族的18kd成员,也被称为Sca-1。Ly-6A/E是一种糖基磷脂酰肌醇(GPI)锚定蛋白,在造血干细胞上表达。在携带Ly-6.2单倍型的小鼠品系(如AKR、C57BL、C57BR、DBA/2、SJL、SWR和129)中,Ly-6A/E在其外周B淋巴细胞、胸腺T淋巴细胞和外周T淋巴细胞上表达。据报道,E13-161.7抗体可用于冰冻切片的免疫组织化学染色、免疫沉淀、流式细胞术以及补体介导的细胞毒性实验。

急性髓系白血病预后:Human CD135(克隆号:BV10(BV10A4))
CD135也被称为fms样酪氨酸激酶-3、FLT3、STK-1和Flk-2,是一种结合FLT3配体促进原始造血细胞生长和分化的生长因子受体。它在CD34+造血干细胞、髓细胞祖细胞、原始B细胞祖细胞和胸腺细胞上表达,是早期造血调控的关键分子。其胞内结构域经磷酸化修饰。研究证实该结构域能与Grb2、SOCS1、VAV1及Shc等信号蛋白相互作用。CD135可作为急性髓系白血病的重要预后标志物。

心血管相关研究:Human Myeloperoxidase(克隆号:1B10)
髓过氧化物酶(Myeloperoxidase,MPO)又称过氧化物酶,是血红素辅基的血红素蛋白酶,是血红素过氧化物酶超家族成员之一。它存在于髓系细胞(主要是中性粒细胞和单核细胞)的嗜苯胺蓝颗粒中。MPO是中性粒细胞的功能标志和激活标志,其水平及活性变化代表着嗜中性多形核白细胞(PMN)的功能和活性状态,它常作为重要的炎症、心血管疾病及自身免疫病的研究标志物。

神经科学研究:Mouse CX3CR1(克隆号:SA011F11)
CX3CR1是一种分子量为40 kDa、具有七个跨膜区域的G蛋白偶联受体。它在常驻型和替代激活型巨噬细胞(M2型)、部分单核细胞、树突状细胞、NK细胞、部分记忆T细胞以及肥大细胞中表达。该受体参与炎症过程中的细胞募集,并介导细胞黏附与血管外渗作用。CX3CL1是体内wei一具有促炎、抗炎和神经保护作用的神经元趋化因子,并参与多种炎症病理的发展,包括动脉粥样硬化、类风湿性关节炎或移植排斥。
