Human peripheral blood lymphocytes are stained with Elab Fluor^® 647 Anti-Human CD127/IL-7RA Antibody and FITC Anti-Human CD3 Antibody (Left). Lymphocytes stained with FITC Anti-Human CD3 Antibody and Elab Fluor^® 647 Mouse IgG1, κ Isotype Control (Right) are used as control.

C57BL/6 splenocytes are surface stained with APC Anti-Mouse CD25 Monoclonal Antibody followed by fixation and permeabilization using the Foxp3 Staining/Transcription Factor Buffer Set and intracellular staining with PE Anti-Mouse Foxp3 Monoclonal Antibody.
